COVID-19 Guest Guidelines

LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Coming out of a pandemic can be a challenging, yet rewarding time. We are working closely with each venue to establish best practices and safety protocols. Please review our COVID-19 Guest Guidelines we've created to help protect our team and show guests!

CinemaSafe

We are committed to the safety of our team and guests, and as a result have joined CinemaSafe in following protocols to help protect the health and safety of our attendees.

What is CinemaSafe?

Commissioned by the National Association of Theatre Owners (NATO), CinemaSafe is a program developed with the support of top epidemiologists and industry leaders to promote a safe environment and theater experience. For more information on CinemaSafe, please visit: CinemaSafe.org

Workspace Care

Antibacterial routines and safety procedures will be implemented to further the safety of our team and guests. This will include, but not be limited to:

- Routine sanitation of high touch-point areas
- Restrooms available for soap and water hand washing
- Hand sanitizers will be provided around the venue for your convenience

Feeling Unwell?

As a precautionary measure, those with symptoms of acute respiratory illness are recommended to stay home. Symptoms may include:

- Fever
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea

We'd recommend that guests who are well, but who have a sick family member at home with COVID-19 should stay at home as well.

On-going Action

We believe doing our own independent risk assessment of each venue is crucial, so every week, we analyze statistics from reputable sources such as Georgia Tech and Washington State University, and use them to adjust our policy for each venue regarding mask use and safe occupancy levels.

Before each show you will receive an email confirming the policies in place for the show you are attending. If you are not comfortable with these our customer service team will gladly assist you moving your tickets to a later showing.

Our team is also closely and continuously monitoring CinemaSafe & Centers for Disease Control (CDC)'s COVID-19 reports, data, and requirements, so we can adjust our policies accordingly with the latest safety measures and protocols.
